- Eliminate distractions and interruptions. Inform all family and friends of your work hours and that you are not to be disturbed. Keep the television turned off.
- Don’t procrastinate with projects that need to be finished. They’ll just start piling up and adding stress to your working life.
- Take a lunch break even if it’s a small one. Breaking up the day helps you to stay focused and energetic as well as reducing stress that may have been building from the morning.
Working at home is a dream come true for a lot of people.
However, it can also be a nightmare for those that aren’t up to the task.
It’s difficult to stay focused while not overdoing it but once you get that balance, you’ll enjoy many benefits from working at home.
It can only happen if you want it to and can maintain control of your home based business.
